Hi, I'm Autumn,

I began working with children more than 30 years ago as a live-in nanny, homeschool teacher, and mentor. I earned my BA majoring in Cultural Studies while raising my own daughters. I believe children learn best through meaningful experiences, real-life skills, creativity, and connection.

Nurture Nature School-Room was inspired with that idea in mind: a place for children to learn in a small, supportive environment, to stay curious, gain confidence, and develop practical abilities through sewing, handicrafts, nature study, and academic support.
